Was targeted through Career Builders claiming to be from Nextgen Healthcare. They stated that they needed to do a background check and asked for login information for IDme. They additionally wanted a startup cost of $150.00 for work from home materials but I only gave them $50 because it was all I could afford and that was through an Apply pay gift card. There were two phone numbers they used - the other one being 619-378-3777. They sent me a check to cash from my email, but I could tell it was a scam at that point.
