On 422 approximately 2:30 p.m. Eastern Standard time, received recorded message stating they were trying to serve me with papers and if I did not respond matters would go further and to call 800-270-9142. Note, they never said who I was.

Left voicemail, on more than one occasion, regarding court case. Called from phone number 315-394-4191 (Ogdensburg, NY). Left message to return the call at 888-270-9142. I searched this number and came up with this complaint filed at ScamPulse.com which referenced same 888 number, but different origin number.

Lady called my mom saying there’s a warrant for my arrest

These people keep calling my moms phone and my phone # from an unknown phone #, funny thing is the first call was from 877-825-6031 and it only rang once then hung up, after that they started calling 3x over from an unknown #, they left a voicemail with this new phone # as the call back number. They’re trying to say that there’s a warrant for my arrest.. I can’t think of anything there’d be a warrant for my arrest. I have a rather clean record with 1 car accident back in 2015 which was resolved around that time. I googled both phone #s and google says it’s a scam.

This number contacted me about a claim going to be filed with the county against my mother in law at my address unless I let them know otherwise. I contacted them and they were looking to add me to the court case, because she used to live with me. They refused to let me know what address they were talking about and said that their name was Olivia Stevens. When I called they would give me no other information.

Unknown numbers have been calling my family (an aunt and cousin who live at an address I previously lived in years prior with them) and stating that I have a claim being filed against me and they are going to come look for me at that address if they do not tell them I don't live there anymore. I have not lived at this address in many years and there's nothing that I can think of that a claim would be filed against me for. The lack of details is joined by one woman affecting different accents and using different names to convince me it's a scam. Beware!
