The letter states that your home warranty has expired and urges you to call immediately. It has a customer number and expiration date at the top right hand corner. The letter only provides a number to call but no website. It also says that your property is secured by FIRST CITY MTG. At the end of the letter it is signed by Andrew Thompson (program director).
