All I got was a letter explaining about saving on mortgage rates and to call the information I gave on screen 1 of this report. I felt it was a scam, so I did not do anything with it except to write information in several sights like BBB. I do not know if they sent an email to us as we do not open any emails we do not recognize as ones we use. The only email address they gave in the letter was "my first & last name.Caresactreliefprogram.com" and the phone number on screen 1 that I filled in here.

Have received two phone calls from this supposed law firm saying that there’s a lawsuit against my social assets. And to contact them. The number they gave both times was. 888-270-9142. I blocked the first number they called from and they called again from this number: 315-394-4187

Called my house 11:00 at night from Buffalo I looked up the number it was a person with the name of Aaron h s i s k a it comes up Buffalo the person did not speak very good English you can call the number back and he will answer the phone

"Can you hear me?' scam. I was trying to call Disney's 800 number, but accidentally pressed 3552 instead of 3532. A recording sounded like Disney, but then transferred me to another recording asking "Can you hear me?".

Scammer claimed that they were providing legal service to fight Bank of America and Wells Fargo in a court claim that alleged those companies owed millions of dollars. They said that since we were card holders we needed to pay the fee to support the legal fight. They said to not speak with any of these companies or make any payments to them. They stated that if the companies called regarding a transaction to say the the transaction was approved. They also sent a letter via mail stating some of these same things. They were able to provide my social security number and my credit card information over the phone without being prompted. They charged my Bank of America card $13,489.92 without my permission. Scammer claimed to be a specialist Jake Wilson and Tom Moore CFO.

Received a phone call from 484-207-3112 at 11:30am on 4/12/2024. Woman on other end had my sisters name and stated she was from the Civil Dispatch Office (she advised it was a legal courier service) and needed to confirm whether my sister would be home between 2-3pm to receive "documents". She gave my sisters exact home address. I made the mistake of acknowledging that I knew the person they were asking for and that she was currently at work. I asked for the contact information to forward. She provided a document number of #2024-10104 and a return contact # of 844-370-7591. When I attempted to call that number, someone answered but immediately hung up.

I then spoke to my sister who confirmed this was likely a phishing scam as she was not expecting any sort of documents and had no legal issues currently.

I researched online and was able to locate the FBI email to report the incident.

The number for this business is identical to Social Security Admn except the 877 instead of 800 prefix. I think they are deliberately trying to scam folks who thought they are calling SS.
