Phil Adams posed as a oriental kitten breeder and sold me a kitten for $1050. He told me that price included the cost of transporting the kitten to me. He then advised he left the kitten with a shipper who proceed to request large amounts of money to finalize the transport of the kitten. The transport company would not allow me to arrange for pick up of the kitten and Phil claimed he had travelled to another state and couldn't do it himself. The transport company which I will also be reporting refused to provide any information regarding their business and I was never able to verify the kitten's existence. I am placing this complaint to warn everyone looking to adopt to never trust this person or the shipper they use.

After discussing I payed for a kitten. They sent me a tracking number. Then I got an email from the shipping company. They asked me to pay extra money for insurance fee. I checked the website and the links, and the shipping company occurred a scam. https://freightex-global.com/tracking.php

I was looking to purchase an Oriental Short Hair Kitten. The website that came up was http://www.philsshorthairorientalkittens.com/. I went to the website and sent them a message about a kitten that was available on their website. They immediately texted me. They sent a few extra pictures and then I asked for photo proof of a piece of paper with their name and today's date next to it to prove they actually have the kitten and that they're legitimate. They proceeded to say that they don't do that type of thing because people take advantage of them and use those pictures. I explained more in detail of why I needed to make sure they were legitimate, and they have completely stopped responding.

I also contacted him to buy a kitten for unbelievably low price but then I saw you posts and told him that he is a fraud but he said that its all lie because his website still exist so I asked him for actual and not the website photos of kitten and his physical address and in reply he sent me sticker of a clown, which is basically confirming that he is a clown and then he stopped texting so he is a clown who's taking peoples money!
