Fell for a good deal on a Facebook advertise. Paid for the item, never received. After I contacted the company they told me it was delivered and provided a detailed file with all the movements of the shipment, dates, hours and locations (all fake at this point). I told the I never received it so then they confirmed that it was never delivered (what? They just told me it was) their suggestion was to send another one. I opted for the refund. Very nicely they said they will refund the money to my cc and to wait a week for the refund to appear on my statement. 20 days after still no money and website is closed. I sent an email to the email address provided and I will wait (with no hope) to see if they respond. Lesson learned? Can’t buy anything advertised on facebook unless it is from a legit and verified company.
