Nonexistent Westie Puppy Purchased and Not Shipped by Fraudulent "Shipper"

Purported "seller" and I entered into an agreement that I would purchase a Westie puppy from her. I found her on Facebook. The name of her fake business was "Westie Haven". We settled on a price, I paid her, and the dog was to be shipped from Denver to my city. I never received any information from regarding the shipment (ETA, where to find the dog at the airport, etc). That day, I received 3 calls from a man with a thick Indian accent purportedly an employee of the shipper (Kiwi Express Courier), demanding ever increasing sums of money: first, $300 for a required "injection", then $550 for a "special electronic crate", and finally, $1000 for microchipping! That was the last straw. No dog appeared. The seller gave no reason, no explanation, but insisted she would refund my money, and then tried to persuade me to open an account with some supposed bank somewhere:"We'd be happy to issue you a full refund.
