Paid for a dog to be shipped to my home via pet courier. The “service” charged a “refundable” $1020 for “insurance.” I received a tracking number and everything. Then the courier asked for another $1950 for an “electronic crate” and “AKC certification.” I was unable to pay the $1950 and asked them to cancel the courier service so I asked if I could just pick up the dog they agreed for the following day to pick up at noon. I drove to Dallas and they said the dog has to be quarantined and for the trouble they would deliver the pet for free. They sent me emails and texts with “updates.” The courier service was supposed to deliver 10/13/21 between 1500-1600 and never showed. I tried calling/texting/emailing and no answer.
