Persolabs signed me up for a subscription without warning
This can be cancelled separately through their website, but just a warning to always read the fine print and check your bank statements at least once a month.

Persolabs charged £40 after £1 autism screening test
After paying the £1, I received a receipt email where I could click a link to view the full receipt. I didn’t think this was necessary until a few days later when I was charged £40. I immediately went to their website and found that they’d signed me up unknowingly to a subscription service. I submitted my email for cancellation and reached out to them directly for a refund. They replied quickly, but advised that it was all above board and that the refund could not be issued based on the fact I’d “accessed digital content” therefore waiving any rights to a refund, even though I’d already paid the £1 for that specific report.
I’ve reached out to them several times but I’m now being ignored.
