I placed an order with expedited shipping on 01/02/2025. Around 01/09/2025 I noticed the package was not moving, I reach out via email to the customer service team ([email protected]). They apologized about the delay and explained that once the package is shipped they cannot control the shipping speed and it could take up to 30 days. I asked for a local courier name and/or tracking number, they told me there was no local courier that I would have to use tracking number a site they gave me in the “item shipped” email. At that point all I could do is wait. I got a message on 02/04/2025 saying that the package was delivered. I reached out to see if the package may have been delivered to the wrong address. When I asked for the address it was delivered to, they did not give me the address they said it was delivered to the address on the order. The next day I got an email stating that the courier lost my package and they reissued another package. The new package was moving through the system faster, I went to check it a couple days age and the the package is showing as delivered. I did not get that package either. When I tracking the package using track678 (that’s the site they gave me) it shows delivered. When I use 17track.net (a more dependable site) it shows the package as “not found”. I was offered a 70% refund for my trouble, I refused and requested a 100% refund credited back to the payment method on record. The agreed but I have not received confirmation that the request is being processed.

I purchased items attached to Instagram from a store called periodcy for 35.91 and never received my items never received tracking updates even after requesting updates then when I emailed I recieved and email with a screenshot showing my package was delivered magically two days but I was home all day and my neighbor has a ring camera and no packages were delivered that day at all. And when I go to my email to confirmation email of my order and select view my order I recognize a message that says Sorry no order found
