I received a letter in the mail with no return address, but claiming to be from Peoples Bank. I thought it was a tax related document because it had perferated sides to tear off to open it. It has what looked like a check at the bottom, but upon further inspection, it says it is not a check. It said I needed to call the phone number they listed immediately.
