There was a error that came up on my moms computer that stated she needed to call Microsoft Tech support they would give her a code to unlock her computer. She was using Firefox at the time. I her son blocked my number and called to confirm they are scammers asked 1000 USD and they would unlock her computer restoring all information that was taken. We did not give them any money and I her son am currently working on making sure it nothing was taken and that it doesn’t happen again
