The first delivery went to Hawaii....They have been irresponsible and unable to conduct business in a professional manner. They offer no recourse at all for failure of delivery..here is the multiple emails

Obviously you take peoples money and do not follow through with the product. It’s now November 5th and still nothing has been received. Give the refund now.

I have not received the item at all......this is becoming very frustrating....just do the refund because I am finished dealing with you about this matter. This has been handled so unprofessional.....Cant believe you handle your business this way.
Again, give the refund and you will no longer here from me....I dont want the ice maker now and have already gone found one that was actually delivered to me and I no longer need it, after waiting patiently for an item that has never been delivered.

The item has never arrived and its been 2 weeks.....Refund the entire amount for the item ordered and have not received.....If this is how you conduct business this is obvious you will not be in business long.

I have been patience throughout this process. I have already found a replacement for the item I have never received.....I want a full refund. This has been so frustrating just to get an ice maker. It is not my fault it was delivered incorrectly. You have no customer service at all.....You have not offered any help with this matter other than your apology and resubmit my address.....Give the refund and you figure out how to get your icemaker from the address you delivered it to.
