We hired this company to provide 2 photographers and a videographer for our wedding. To our surprise, only 1 photographer showed the day of the wedding. Peony Luxe has refused to refund us even a portion of what we paid. We spent weeks and weeks arguing there has been no resolution as they have completely stopped answering any communication from us. Our wedding was back in July 2024 and still no resolution
