I had made a payment for my health insurance to Pennie and they failed to tell me that I was not eligible and would not give me a refund. Instead, Pennie and UPMC kept me contacting both back and forth. The issue was resolved for one month prior to receiving my insurance card and they told me everything is good and to make another payment, but not long after I receive another message stating I am no longer eligible with no reason.
