I started seeing $49.99 PDFguru charges on my business credit card. I had not signed up for anything. when I went to click on their site to figure out how an account was created it was extremely difficult to understand how to cancel this phony subscription. This company is deceiving, very unclear in its practices and explaining to the customer what the transaction is.

I paid 1$ to use their services and was not aware that services would be charging my account an additional 70$! They didn’t send me a receipt and they didn’t inform me of a subscription. It was very secretive and written in the fine print that their business automatically charges me 70$ for a monthly subscription. They will not refund me and only cancelled my subscription

I used their service and paid $1.99. I immediately canceled the auto subscription as I did not want a subscription to the service. The next week they tried to take $49.95 from my account. I have them blocked now and they did not get their money. I fear this is how they scam extra dollars from people once they get payment information.
