When they arrive at house asked if it was Roy no I am Happy the Tech Roy is Dispatcher. After cleaning noticed I had no Humidifier said they had one with them . Did the spill and then put in the Humidifier. Then notified me they were missing the value need to pick one up at local Hardware. Came back wrong value Said they will be back next day AM to complete job and turn Humidifier on. ASked how I wanted to pay I said Master Card said okay and also asked for a Invoice and Business Card. Replies Okay. Came back in sorry but my partner must of removed all my stuff as I am back from my holidays. Then asked if I do e-transfer said I can. Gave me the following info [email protected]. He also told me that I could pay for the value once they bring it and turn on Humidifier. Well I tried calling the number Roy left me it was a fake number. Happy k as he introduced himself also left a number 587-********. Tried it was asking please leave a message . Did that no answer and tried again just shows busy call back. Now I am calling in a Furnace company to check all they did as well check if the Humidifier will work and check all the work they did.
