1;19 pm on 1/24/2017 A man called saying he was with Publishers Clearing house and I was a second place winner of $850,000 and a Mercedes Benzs. Told me I needed to go to the bank and get $250 and go to Walmart and pay taxes on prizes with registration card and keep receipt. Said they would bring check by UPS and the Car on a roll back. I said never heard of PCH asking you to pay for anything and hung up. He then called me back and said we got disconnected. His name was John Berry and he gave me that # above to call him back. I told him no and hung up again.
