I signed up for payment processing. Samuel Bender explained that I would pay a percentage of my sales. I paid extra to a web developer to have my website meet Payment Cloud's standards.

That was all good. The site was up and running and a test transaction succeeded.

Sam told me not to do anymore transactions until I signed with the bank he chose. He sent me a contract requiring me to pay $50 a month.

He never said anything about a monthly fee, let alone one that high.

Feels bait-and-switchy to me.
