Goods not received

I bought goods with Pay Fly but never received them. 47 .29 was taken out of my account and nothing has been recieved .
This was on January 10th and i have been waiting.

I will be reporting you to my bank if i do not hear from you .

The website allows you to sign up and make a member account. The user gets their own customized URL. Every time you share your URL. And someone clicks on it. You’re awarded 5 dollars. When you’ve reached $300.00. You’re able to request a payout. But the trick is, when you press the payout button. It doesn’t work.
