I signed up for 4 weeks of dog training which were via videos. The videos and speech were incongruent but since I only signed up for for weeks and it was less than $20. However, the company now has me as an automatic renewal which I did not sign up for and I was not contacted via email for further subscription, just instantly charged. The only way to cancel is via email - no phone number or live chat. I paid through PayPal. Clearly a scam! I sent an email and the response is to read the money back guarantee which is also bogus.
