This is a money making scam impersonating the "Patent Trademark Office" with a bogus websit asking for money to renew; and warning that your trademark is about to expire (IN BIG RED FONT!!)

(If you go to the REAL patent website; uspto.gov** you can check your actual status.)

Do NOT pay them. Reported to the FBI mail fraud website and BBB. This is not a real company.

The scam sends you an invoice stating you need to renew your patent and trademark, they use the official US government office Information until you look at the envelope which goes to NYC

Whether they really would renew your patent I don’t know, I’m not sending them 10x the price of renewal to find out

We received an invoice on our old business address, but since we just moved we were too focused on the mail still going to the wrong address. The invoice really looked like the one we get every 5 years for our trademark and the city was exactly the same. We updated the address and got a new invoice on the new address.. which we ended up paying.. two weeks later I found out it was a scam...
