They look like an actual business online however Zelle has blocked payments to them due to scamming. My bank was able to get my money back. Do not buy from them!

I ordered a wood work Waldrop here worth of $500 since upper last month I haven't seen anything and their contact is not reachable anymore don't try to order anything here they are scam

Ordered a turtle from here. They used a very clear scam shipping company, and almost immediately tried to get more money for “pet insurance” before they would continue the shipment from Los Angeles. Immediately knew it was a scam. Pretty clever one, as they even have their own “shipping company” that is part of the scam!

I don't know why others share bad reviews here i actually ordered a fly river turtle from Passion Tortoise last week Wednesday and i receive the turtle on Friday very active am so happy

SCAM!
The entire thing is a scam people look elsewhere it’s not legit they use Google free phones they give u fake estimates on arrival of your pet u will never get they use fake accounts they don’t use credit cards like visa etc they use stuff like pay like PayPal but u can only send it as a friend and family because u will not get your money they will call u 4 am 2-3 times in a row then they quit answering they use tracking thru fake TNT ITS ALL SET UP AS FAKE STAY AWAY

For me I received a very active leopard tortoise from Passiontortoise.com shipped to me and the tortoise arrived well and with free food I just want to say keep up the good work and may God reward you guys i recommend Passion Tortoise

I shopped online at https://passiontortoise.com/ (which I now understand is fake) and ordered medicine for my tortoise which led to the $400 Cash App scam. I was interacting with "[email protected]". They told me my order had shipped (https://www.tnt-logistics.com/track-your-shipment) (and putting the tracking code: TNT-4AED63F57BE). Later TNT "[email protected]" told me the Norfolk Airport was requiring a refundable pet insurance fee which led to the $300 Zelle scam.

While it is tempting for me to feel pretty stupid (I am a software engineer), this was (unfortunately) a very well-devised social engineering scam.
