I ordered an XL shirt, and a shirt/pant combo from ParijanOfficial.com.

The shirt/pant combo never arrived. The shirt that arrived was far too small, and may have been a child's XL or a small.

I contacted their customer service at [email protected] and they basically ignored my attempts to return or get a refund. I believe they may have been sending me AI-generated responses. Essentially they would apologize profusely for whatever I said, then tell me that they had no new information to give me but would update me as soon as they did.

I went back and forth with them, on and off for several months before reading other online reviews about the company. My experience was common.
