Repeated calls from PakNext about job opportunity

I received an anonymous call about 6-7 times in less than a minute by 816 area code. I did not know who this person was. She called and her English was not very great and it was about a potential job opportunity and attempted to ask me basic questions to see if I qualify for the job then, after the questions I immediately was given an employee contract form asking about my personal information, my ID and mailing address in my account banking information.
