Tried to order a product from their site but when they gave me an order number, but no tracking. After about a week of no updates I reached out via email and got someone with some poor grammar and asking for the tracking number a few times and never got one. They told me to download the shop app but it never updated. I am under the impression that this is a scam, I am so glad I used a gift card. I tried to find them on facebook again, but they blocked me im pretty sure since I cannot find them anymore when logged in.
