This company sets up tents in DTLA and other cities and exclusively targets the homeless by offering a 5.00 gift card or double that in cash to ostensibly take a NO COST TO THEM test- RSV, COVID nasal or pcr to harvest their information- ss number and insurance provider and charge the insurers for the testing.

The provider doctor on the form is Dr. Fu Nang Wang NPI 1457390197 who is listed online as an IVF specialist. The company itself is not a lab, it is is shell company that is running out of a suite in Agoura.

There is often no way to contact the homeless for the results except by PO box and no results are ever given although the insurer is charged and sometimes for multiple tests.
