I placed an order from there tik tok websites. For about 59.00 on September 19 2024. Sinc3 then i have been going back and forth with this company through emails [email protected] they are quick to respond but they dont give you any solutions. They gave me a tracking number website which is called https://www.618track.com/index/tracknumber/index?nos=C2S80684960CN which was not very helpful it just seemed very wrong since it had been a month since i received anything so i contacted them and they said it was delivered when it never was i checked my cameras and the neighbors and nothing i am a stay at home wife so im always checking for my packages so i contacted customer service let them know that i did not receive my package they said they were sorry that all they could do was re send it so they did and i waited again for another month and still nothing i contacted them again and let them know that if they did not provide proof that it was delivered like they said i would like a full refund i do have proof that my address is correct and that on the days that they said it was delivered nobody came near my house since i do have video surveillance of each day. So up till now i have not received a refund and they have stopped answering my emails please dont let these people keep scamming hard working people my daughter was really looking forward to what i had ordered for her and now she doesnt get anything its just not okay please help.
