An order was placed with Isabel Marant for two items. One grey t-shirt in large and one long sleeve ivory t-shirt. I only received the long sleeve t-shirt. I reported this immediately. I was asked to fill out a sworn statement and to include copies of my drivers license and photos of the packaging received. After 6 weeks of correspondence I was told that their warehouse shows this item initially scanned and shipped and I that my claim has been closed with no product or refund.
