Orivelle Nail Fungus pens took money from my account for 2 orders that one of them said was declined. Now they are refusing to give me back my money for the one order when i did send the full amount back within the 30day money back guarentee. It took them 2 days to het back to my email which I sent on 4/2/26. They did not get back to me until 4/4/26 and would only send me 1 email a day at odd hourse like 11pm at night. The cut off for returning the order was 4/5/26. I went on Easter Sunday 4/5/26 and paid to return the order within the 30days. Now they are refusing to pay me back my money. Please do not interact or click on their ad for they will scam you like they have me. Now if they do resolve this after reaching out to the ScamPulse.com I will have to close my bank card and request a new one before they try to take anymore money from me, which is a hassle. I have not signed up for a subscription yet I am reading on reviews that they are repeatedly taking money out of peoples account unauthorized.

An ad kept popping up on Facebook advertising a Nail Fungus Pen from Orivelle, buy two, get one free, this purchase was made on

02 /15/26. On 3/4 I received an e-mail asking me how I liked the product. I tried to respond that I never received it. Also any e-mail or phone number doesn't work. By using the tracking # they gave me it says returned to sender by USPS to Post Falls, ID 83854, I could see on my order form they filled out, they put my zip code as incorrect, not even close. I have tried to contact them several times. I did get an e-mail from someone named Mark at the [email protected], saying they would look into it, that was several days ago.
