I purchased a health ring from Oracle Ring. There was an original ring sent to me, however it did not fit. I was told I could not have a refund and can only exchange. I told them the size I needed. It has been 5 months since the ring was sent back and every time I email them they simply say that they're behind and the order is being reviewed. That is what they keep saying and that I can’t have a refund.
