On February 12, 2026, I watched an online “infomercial” for Optivell “vision support formula” and purchased 6 bottles for $294 with the stated claim that if it didn’t work for me, all I had to do was email them at [email protected] for a full refund. I have sent 2 emails showing proof of purchase and have received no response.

They promised their product would improve my vision. It did nothing! They had a 60 day money back guarantee. I have tried to call; #888-910-7105 + other #s- wont answer/ doesn’t

Work/ deny affiliation. Sent an email on March 6; no reply. My 60 days will be up end of March. I would like my money returned.

I purchased from Optivell on February 23, 2026 six bottles of Optivell claiming to sharpen visual detail , boost night and central vision, shields eyes from blue light.

took this daily nothing. no return paper or receipt just delivery label with this address in CO Posted phone number disconnected. Number on delivery package is 1-866-393-3483 is some company selling insurance and life alert alarms total fraud nobody answers. I lost $299.15

I saw an AD on Facebook for a breakthrough eye supplement pill called Optivell. I ordered 6 bottles from Optivell, which I normally would not do, and I did receive them. My doctor advised against taking these pills because of other health conditions. I was trying to contact Living Health at the customer service number they provided, 302-618-4094, to get directions for the return of the product. I get a recorded message that I am calling outside work hours (midday). Then I used the email provided, cartpanda.com.de, and got a message that there is no such site.
