I ordered a chair from them and input my personal (name, phone number, email) and shipping (address, billing address) via the Shop App integration they had. They would not reply to my emails about my order and never delivered the product. I attempted to even contact them through their Instagram (@onshelf.decor) and tried to warn others of their fraudulent business in their comments section. My comment was deleted but if you look at their hidden comments on their last post (it only appears on desktop), you can see another customer was scammed too.
