I placed an order for a bundle set of clothes from Monarck online website. When I did I was immediately charged for the product and waited four weeks to ship and reached out after for weeks to their support email listed on the website. I recieved only one reply and never recieved any shipping info nor a refund. I placed my order on 8/11/2024 for 125.00. It is 04/05/2025 and cant get a reply back from the company after several emails. Order was never fulfilled.
