I was shopping online for crochet kits, the company I buy from is name TheWoobles. But on June 8th 2025, I stumbled on a counterfeit website (https://www.thewoobesus.com/). All of their products were/are currently listed at 90% off and I attempted to purchase 10+ crochet kits. When it came to purchasing these items (inserting my credit card information), once the payment process, the entire page would reset. I attempted to purchase them again with a different credit card, and the page kept resetting.

I was confused and did a bit of research, realizing that the website was a counterfeit to the original company’s website.

Within the past 3 weeks, both of my credit cards were being charged for various good without my realization. I called my bank (**** ******* ****** *****) to dispute these unauthorized charges, leading to an investigation. There was an average of $1,500 worth of unauthorized transactions. I was then directed by my bank to make a report with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).
