CLAIM TO SELL FREE PEOPLE CLOTHES FOR CHEAP. FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS. ACT LIKE THEY ARE RESENDING WITH ANOTHER FAKE TRACKING. ACT LIKE THEY ARE SENDING REFUND. THEY NEVER SEND ANYTHING! HOW TO PEOPLE DO THIS WITH ZERO CONSEQUENCES? THEY'VE TAKEN 6 MONTHS OF MY TIME AND $75.00. THEY SHOULD BE LIABABLE FOR $10,000.00 TO ME ALONE. IM SO PIST OFF THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS.

A tracking number was provided for their logistic system but nit USPS mail, Order eas made on 9/2/25, after a 2 week delay, I continued to email with complaints. They continued to claim it was en route and coming from China. I received a notification through their tracker system, claiming the package was delivered to my porch when in fact it has not. They promised a refund and I never received it either. I am put of $116.00.

I clicked an ad on Facebook.

I was taken to a store that looked like the Brand "Free People"

I bought several items worth about $90

I paid

never received an update

Then found out they were a scam after doing much research

The worst part is that they are still operating despite reporting it in several places.
