The website looks very legit and the items were advertised as authentic Labubus. However, they were not upon arrival. Reaching them for a refund was without result and the website is no longer valid now.

My 10 year old niece ordered two Labubu’s through hydrosip. I contacted them via email shipping update, they sent me a blank shipping link. I emailed them three times for a tracking number with no response.
