I ordered(Facebook ad) Glyco Sync product believing it was being offered by Barbara O’Neill. I assumed I ordered 1 bottle with no subscription. When I saw the price of $159.85 I called them to dispute the order and ask to cancel the subscription. I asked for a refund. They gave me a RMA # and address and said I would receive a confirmation letter. I did not get an email confirmation. I checked the address they gave me, 12920B 20th Ave, unit B, College Point NY 11356. The location was an empty single family apartment. I called them back. Told them what I found out and they said I should have put Sorty Refund on the package. I let them know I had seen the same problem with another customer who was told the same thing. He told me to keep the order and they would refund my money. There is At this time a pending refund on my bank account.

I placed an order on December 25th 2024, using my debit card through shopify so I thought Valara Beauty was safe, not to mention it was advertised on Facebook. Anyway, my order never shipped, and yet they took my money. When I contacted them, they said they would send me a replacement, meanwhile that parcel never shipped and they lied to me saying it had the same tracking number, which I knew was false, especially since I already knew the original label never shipped anywhere, and then it was deactivated and I could no longer see it. As I pleaded for a refund, they kept telling me to wait another week, and taking money from me for some membership fee, I had no idea was in my order, especially when I only had one order, and knew I did not sign up for automatic shipments or a membership for something I just wanted to try. As I kept trying to get my refund, they kept telling me a replacement went out and to wait again, after they already messed up my order, I felt uneasy about the whole thing. I even told them my concerns from the way they were handling my order. They never mentioned the monthly membership fee either.

I had to go to my bank, and shut down my debit and, so they cannot keep stealing my money. I am now out $122.96. My last email to them, was to please refund my order amount of $32.99. I know they won’t, since they probably never had the item I ordered to begin with. I was scammed out of my hard earned money, and they had me stall from everything, so I couldn’t put a claim in after sixty days with my bank. I just wanted my refund, and all I got was my money taken from me. They stole my money and I never got a thing from them, except aggravation. I work a lot of hours, so it wasn’t like I had time to keep up with their fraudulent activity.

Hi I saw an ad for a shampoo on facebook from the company valara beauty in Dec and I purchased the shampoo conditioner bundle for 19.99

However they charged me an extra 14.99 for an extra bottle which I didn’t add to my order .i waited for afew weeks and I still didn’t recieve the package so I emailed them and they said that the package is on the way delayed due to the holiday .after a month I asked them to refund me the money bk since I was sure this was a scam for which they only refunded me the 14.99 but not the 19.99 and they had agreed to refund me the whole amount

Now I check my statement and I see that they have been charging me 29.99 each month since Dec for a subscription service that I never ever signed up for

I have emailed them and all they say is we cancel ur subscription but I never subscribed for anything so why charge me 29.99$ for three months .march is still pending .

This is so aggravating because now I see on Facebook that there are so many others who have been scammed by this company

Please help me get my refund or atkeast shut down this **** company

Placed order through Facebook ad at 6:49 p.m. on January 15, 2025 for CBD gummies in the amount of $69.98. Received confirmation email listing total amount of $298.87. I called the customer care number immediately and cancelled the order due to the over charge. Received an email confirming the cancellation at 7:07 with rep stating I would receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days. I have called this customer care center to get my refund on 1/22, 1/29, 2/7, 2/13 and 2/24. Always told to wait 3 to 5 business days for refund. On 2/7, I was given a reference number of **********. It is now March 7 with no refund

There was an ad on Facebook for the smart pet planter. I followed the link and paid for the product. I received a confirmation email right away stating they would ship within 72 hours and provide a tracking link. After a few days passed, I emailed them asking for the status of my order. No response. I emailed 2 more times with no response. I also tried to go to their website , and it does not exist.

Saw an ad on Facebook for a huge discount on items. I looked at the top of the page when clicking on it and it looked like it was from Comfrt. It was actually comfrt.com. Once I ordered, I received an email (I still have all the communications from them) that my order was received. I received a notification in my email a couple days later that it had shipped. I waited and waited and when it didn't arrive I used the link they had sent to track my shipment. I tracked the shipment and it showed me that it was at customs. I then started watching it as I didn't think Comfrt was a brand from overseas and I noticed that it stated it was coming from China. I then asked where my package was and they screenshot exactly what I could see on my end and said it was in customs. When I told them if I did not receive my package in a certain amount of days I would be filing a complaint they said it would be here by that date. On that date the package status changed to delivered yet I didn't get my package. When I asked them about it they said to contact my neighbors (which I did because our packages usually do get delivered to each other) however, they had not received anything either. I told the company that again and they have not answered me. I sent another inquiry today and asked for the actual postal service that it was sent through.

Ordered magnetic gym bags from Velo. The order has never shipped or been delivered and it has been over 2 weeks. They marked it as shipped but the tracking number says carrier has been awaiting shipment the entire time. Contacted Velo two times with no response. Do not waste your money, this is not a legit business. They are using Facebook ads and then not delivering product.

The ad on Facebook shows women's purses. The ad shows a picture of a family, husband, wife, and two children, stating the wife started this company.

Ordered commemorative coins from an Ad posted on FB. Never received items; no confirmation so we tried to locate the Ad again, but could not find it. They charged us for the items we thought’ we would receive. Today those exact amounts hit our bank account again; same company. This is classic fraud/scam and the real tactical business is for just that “tactical gear” - not coins.

I bought two Xmas trees 39.99, 49.99 off this website on FB. After 3 days of no confirmation I tried to contact. No response then 3 different charges were taken out of my bank account for over $1000 for another company claiming to be out of California. We shut our debit card down and have filed security: fraud investigation. But the phone number and address are non existent. I’ve emailed several times and no response.

They are running a very well ser website and tons of sponsored adds with Christmas trees and other bunch of products. Everything looks very legitimate. After paying for A fedex 2 day package shipping of 8.99 ai tried contacting at the website and emails were returned undeliverable also I started a research process and a lot of other clients were advising about scam .

This should be turned down and investigated. I initiated an apple dispute for the charge.

Made a "too good to be true" order from a Facebook Ad. My bank contacted me regarding suspicious activity. Credit card is now shut down.

I found the shop on face book and ordered an ornament holder and never received it.

I ordered the same item from Facebook. Someone corresponded with me for a few months after my order was shipped to the wrong location. They eventually stopped responding. I ordered my items in December 2023. It's June 2024 -- have not received the item or a response.

Deceiving advertisement of product on Facebook. Charged $15 more than the receipt. Would only offer to give me a refund of $6 when there’s a 14 day return policy. Made it impossible to return and went through obstacles with any customer support.

Went on Facebook for a IPad offer which stated it was from the Walmart Store however, it was a scam. They tried to get in my back account and withdraw funds out. I closed the bank card out at Chase Bank and reported them.

ORDERED SHOES ON WEBSITE. TOOK MY MONEY IMMEADIATELY. HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT SELLER FOR CONFIRMATION AND ORDER # WITH NO RESPONSE. TRIED CALLING, GOES TO VOICEMAIL WITH FULL MAILBOX.
