These individuals advertised a Non-Invasive Blood Glucose Meter on Facebook! What was sent was a pulse monitor, not a glucose monitor, and it was returned. The seller took a very long time to ship, obviously playing games with the credit card company policies! They claimed in an email that they had run out of the glucose monitors! This is clearly a case of mail fraud and a scam. Furthermore, the return address on the packaging is in the USA, and a 30% tax was charged. These individuals are located in China!

The pulse monitor was returned to the USA return address listed on the package immediately! I've been fighting with my credit card company to get my refund! Now I want Facebook and PayPal to acknowledge and investigate! I'll be filing with the FBI and FTC!

I requested a 100% refund, but now, it's more than the $.

Found a product online through Facebook. Original purchase price was $21.63 ($12.99 for the product, $0.65 for shipping insurance, $7.99 for shipping). We were billed $28.12 on our credit card. I located a support email address, questioned the overcharge, and they immediately refunded $6.49 to our credit card without question or explanation. The shipping tracking showed that the item was coming from Italy, which was strange. However, the package showed up after approximately 2 weeks at the post office with a fraudulent postage label (post office confirmed the shipper did not pay any shipping) listing a return address in Hicksville, NY. It was $8.50 in postage due in order to pickup the item, even though we paid for shipping. I have not yet had a reply to my request for a refund of $8.50 for the postage due cost. Definitely not an "on the level" online business.

Selling pins, tshirts etc. Pretti and good. Found out multiple reviews on trust pilot and Facebook they are a scam. People report they haven’t received merchandise, poor quality. Cheap. Stolen pictures. Company? Refusing to refund. No number or address of company.

I purchased an Irish shirt from a company advertising on Facebook called Irish Shops USA and they charged me two separate times plus sent me something that is nothing like I ordered and is falling apart. They claim to be an Irish American family in Boston, Massachusetts operating a small business. They insulted me by offering me $3 back on my purchase. Then $6 and now we are up to $9. The number on the website is fake. The address is fake. And they shipped my item from Chicago Illinois but Paypal wants me to ship the item back to China! The address on the shipping label is Keathers Fottyes

An ad for an indoor toddler climbing structure came up on Facebook. It had reviews by people who seemed to have an actual profile. They posted product reviews in the comments for the ad. If you went on their profile some people had their profile private but most didn't and those that didn't had photos of their families and day to day posts. They seemed like real customers. I bought the product on oct 15th. It said on their website that it would ship out the next day and arrive in 7. They sent tracking saying itd arrive in 9 days but it didn't. I emailed them and they never responded

There was an ad on Facebook marketplace for indoor/ outdoor playsets. They were discounted approx 80% off. The website seemed legit and a neighbor has a very similar playset, so I assumed it was legit.

I saw the ad on Facebook and the web site looked real. Placed an order and received a confirmation email. I contacted the seller twice by email and both times they said they would look into the order and get back with me. It has been almost three months since the order was placed and nothing has been received.

I ordered a building block car from Auravive that I saw on the FB app on August 24th. I received a text confirmation and was initially able to track my purchase. Tracking said it departed shipping partner facility on August 29th. It also stated USPS awaiting item from Jamaica, NY US 11430. When I checked the email again for tracking, the website was no longer accessible. I was able to find the tracking page again and it still has the same message.

This company was advertising a product on facebook. They had a full site through Shopify and maintained ongoing updates. However, I never received my order which was placed on 8/11. I reached out and did not hear back. Thus I attempted to reach Shopify but could not figure that out. I will contacting my credit card company as this is fradulent. I later learned through online forums that it is a scam and this company was riding the coattails of another similar supplier. I believed they were the same but clearly phishing/fraud/scam. Shopify has recently taken down the page.

Saw website on FB. Ordered online w Apple Pay $106. Was charged an international fee of $3.17 in my checking account. I did not see any country listed. Realized it was a scam when I saw the fee. I've tried contacting them through email. No phone # listed. Said it would be delivered UPS. A UPS message came stating my package was missing and requested my info. Same scam I've see before. I was directed to the Shop App which stated my items were delivered which is not the case.

I saw an offer on Facebook shopping site that offered to purchase an OMNY Card for thirty (30) days for $14.95 as a one-time offer to introduce riders to the OMNY card. I ordered one for myself and also told my daughter to order one. Neither of us received the card.

FB post said store closing because vandalized with photo of store. Clothing and other items on sale which I ordered. I became suspicious when every day reportedly “last day” of sale. I emailed to ask Store‘s location as I couldn’t find a listing person responded and said there was no physical Store everything online website created a month ago reportedly initiated in Belgium. I emailed again to ask for more information and receive no reply I notified my bank and disputed the credit card charges, so I did not lose money

Saw a full automated product (male toy) on a Facebook ad and ended up with a cheap knock off and non automated products. Paid $80 for items that would cost $30 in a more reputable website. I was falsely mislead. Their website showed this big time expensive and nice battery powered product misleading me of their false advertisement. I had no idea I was gonna get ripped off. I ordered what I thought was the high end product they were advertising. They even had a secondary offer to drain you of more money making you feel they are giving you a HUGE discount for 2 of said product. Although company is based in NYC, the package came from China. Their tracking experience was terrible, failing to update me of whereabouts of package. Took 31 days to get to me, which I have no complaints with it coming from China. Despite of complaint they were cooperative. Guess you live and learn.

I have been looking for an indoor playground for my son, I started getting ads for a sale from Lady and Paws NYC. I tried to find more information about them, their Facebook and website looked legit, I didn't see any warnings on Google so I decided to go for it. Two months later, and I haven't gotten the product. Their support email is not responsive and the number on their website doesn't work. I am disputing the charge on my credit card, and noticed the transaction is listed as CLOOP, based in Dover, DE.
