I purchased US postage stamps from a Facebook site stampstime.com advertising US postage forever stamps at discounted rate. I should have figured it was too good to be true. I received very legitimate looking counterfeit stamps. Coming from an address with the name Galina Lomanova, 5031 Walton Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19143. The outer label says tattoo stickers and has a USPS Tracking number of 9505 5118 3228 0705 9852 14. Ship date of 3/18/2026, but wasn’t received until 4/6/26, which indicates it came from further away than Pennsylvania when I live in New Jersey
