Received an email stating they would send items back out. I just received an email with some man holding a package with his head down not to be seen in what looked like a business district. Clearly no address and not my house . I emailed again to be told sorry that I would have to accept it as a loss cause they are a small business and can’t resend items. BUT if I wanted to reorder at 70% off they would honor that! I told her she was scamming and that I would report her to the bbb and my credit card company. No response .
