Railclick sells train tickets and claims they put customers next to each other on the train as tickets are available. They put my wife and I on different sides of the train, in different rows. I reached out to ask to change seats, or cancel the order and rebook. I offered to pay extra to adjust the seats. They told me nothing could be done. When I provided screenshots of three alternate sets of adjacent seats on the same train that I booked, RailClick still said they could not make a change. They do not follow their own T&C stating they select the closest seats next to each other.
