Purchased a pair of womens sandles on August 8th, 2022. Received a confirmation or order email from Sherry at [email protected]. After several weeks of not receiving my shoes, I emailed the address on their website several times asking for a refund, but never got a response. Email address is I sent request to is: [email protected]

I was apparently scammed. I have already filled out a form with the Federal Trade Commission.

My mom received an email telling her that her Geek Squad support contract will auto renew and giving her a phone number to call with questions. The email was a gmail account which Geek Squad would never use. I called the number and a woman with an East Indian accent answered.

Offered a free trial for music videos and other content then after I cancelled it they took $114.79 out of my account I called to get a refund and they said they couldn’t find where I paid that amount in to them after I got off the phone with them another company tried to take $137.42 out of my account please help me I don’t know what else to do

purported to be selling puppies, friend paid the $300 deposit. we’ve contacted the seller, she uses different burner numbers and different fake profiles every time she gets caught. she’ll claim she’s in houston if we say we’re from dallas and vice versa. there are reddit posts about her too, so i know she’s scammed multiple people.

Melopa.co advertised them self on instagram as cat toy selling company. I placed an order on October the 6th, they sent me an email confirmation, but I have never received my order and they can not be reached! Today, I saw another charged from them, for double the initial order amount. I called my cc company and they tried to contact the billing company( different name than Melopa, I have provided their phone number earlier and a french guy answered who had no idea what are we talking about. I disputed the initial amount of $14.95 and the second of 29.95 and requested a block for any other future charging attempts!

I ordered from this company on 8.22.22. It’s nov 3 and I haven’t received anything from this company. They took my money through PayPal. When I go on the website, it still says unshipped. They only sent confirmation when I first ordered. I’ve tried to cancel but it won’t go through and I have several emails. No response.

I ordered clothing from TaTadress. It took weeks to arrive and was of inferior quality. I went to website to facilitate a return and request a refund at [email protected] bounced back as invalid. There was no return address for refunds but lengthy instructions about return policy directing me to email [email protected] for return address. I did this they wrote back days later that they sent even more instructions on return but no return address and offered a 10% discount and no return. I declined and asked them for the address. They then offered a 25% refund and no return citing the difficulty with lost and returned shipments. Since they are negotiating I asked for a $50 refund and they. Could keep $20 for shipping costs. They have not responded and I followed up again today.

I purchased a hand mold and it was two packs of silver product with zero instructions and on the label it said I had to purchase something else to make it work. No bucket, NOT WHAT WAS IN THE PICTURE AT ALL! COMPLETELY SCAMMED

Google trust store logo, but google does not list as trusted store.

I HAVE CALLED THEM AND ASKED THEM TO STOP TAKING MY NUMBER OFF MY ACCOUNT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD, BUT HAVE CONTINUED TO DO SO. They are still taking money out with my debit card.

Purchase 6 tickets for sky latern event 3 months in advance. Seller never gave a location for the event. Contacted them through their website countless times but was told I violated their terms with no refund.

The offer came through an email.

I paid with pay-pal. I remembered the last order being under alias names. So I tried to cancel the order. On the same day. I called PayPal and my bank. I canceled the order before it was processed. The order is to come by UPS. So far I have not received it. The so call seller emailed me told me to sign for it then they will try and give me my money. Now I can’t reach them. Pay-Pal did but when I tried again it said email doesn’t exist.

Alxoy advertises as a US company shipping product from South Carolina with a 30 day money back guarantee. The product purchased took 4 weeks to arrive, arriving with defective sweater with 2 holes down the sleeve and a dress that does not look anything like the picture shown. I reached out to the company asking for a RTA which they refused to give to me, instead offering me a $12 refund. I refused. They came back offering me a $20 refund; again I refused. They countered offering me a "Final offer of a $40 refund" stating that they their warehouse is in Dubai and not feasible to ship product. They did offer for myself to pay for shipping. Buyers Beware; this company is misleading the American people and taking our hard earned money. When I went to dispute with my credit card company, Discover stated that they were unable to dispute due to International Trade??? Leaving the consumer totally unprotected from International fraud.

Emailed back and forth, I asked for a refund since I did not receive items ordered and they emailed saying it was being processed. Order was placed 9/28/2022. Received cheap ring, but order was for clothing at discounted prices. They said it would take about 7-10 business days to process refund. This was on 10/18/2022. still no refund, now they send same email with misspelled words, etc. The email says according to statistics from Asiabill, refunds usually take 15 to 25 working days depending on processing speed of cardholders bank, to not "worring" your refund is arranged. I believe this is a scam , saw other reviews about not receiving their merchandise.
