I am writing to formally report a fraudulent transaction I encountered with an online wig business operated by an individual named Latoya Kelly. I made a purchase through her website, and after completing payment, I was informed that my wig had supposedly been shipped. I was provided with a tracking number, which I used to track the status of my order.

However, shortly after, Latoya claimed that the package had been “lost in the mail” and that she would file a complaint with the shipping company to resolve the issue. Since this claim, she has stopped all communication with me and has failed to provide any further information, shipment details, or a refund for the order. Despite several attempts to contact her, I have received no response, which has led me to believe this is a fraudulent business practice.
