I purchased the Diagram Puffer in Black (https://octagonclo.com/products/diagram-puffer-2). They were running massive ads on Instagram promoting their business. I purchased thinking that it was a normal fashion brand. I purchased them on December 13, 2024 (Order number *********). Their website states 1-2 business days processing + 11-14 business days shipment. It has been two months since and no updates from them. If you go on their instagram comments and tagged reels now, you can see that many other customers are experiencing the same issue, leading me to believe that this is a scam website that is still unfortunately operating and doing ads targeting. This is backed up by their proof Trustpilot ratings as well.

I have since reached out to their customer service for updates but they keep saying that the order has been shipped so they are unable to offer a refund. However the tracking that was provided says that there is a stock issue since December 15 and there has been 0 movement on the order since.
