This company is a scam. I ordered a trade show display on their website for 3-7 business day delivery. After 10 business days, I cancelled the order as the item never shipped. The team refused to cancel my order and insisted on shipping the item after I asked to cancel 5 times as the time frame needed has passed. They sent me "tracking" after 3 days of my first cancellation and UPS still does not have the package. They said they do not accept any cancellations or refunds so beware. I am now having to deal with this with my credit card company and refuse the package with UPS if it ever arrives way passed the timeline needed.
