I am in the search for a dress to wear to a wedding. I made an online purchase for several options. I was charged, but never received an email confirmation. I assumed the email has been keyed incorrectly, so I reached out to their customer service team. I was asked, and provided them with ALL the requirements to check on my order. They continue to say, ‘have you tried logging in’. ‘We can’t find your order, can you provide proof of charge’… ALL provided and nothing happening. I now believe after multiple failed attempts to find my order, and being repeatedly asked the same things, that this is a SCAM. BEWARE of Uoozee online.
