The order was placed on Dec 2 and was told it will be processed and shipped with 2-3 days. After waiting 7 days I reached out looking for an update on the purchase. I contacted them daily and began to request a a cancellation of the order. After my second attempt on Dec 17th to cancel my order, I received notification that a label was created for my item. Again, I waited two days and the items were not dropped off to the courier. I emailed a third time cancelling the items (as they were still in possession by them as confirmed by DHL). No direct contact with made with them until AFTER the items were shipped in mid january. Products were actually shipped within 24hrs of me saying I would launch a formal complaint. I requested a full refund. they said they would offer a refund once they received the items back at my cost. I refuse to do that because I paid for shipping once on products I tried to cancel the order for 3 times. since I do not trust this company, I do not trust the product and will be throwing away the items without even used them.

Product was guaranteed shipment and receiving within 14 days.
