I ordered baby clothing from Kitpreloved.ca on February 12. I didnt receive it . On Feb 17th, i emailed the company at "[email protected]". Heather responded that i wpuld receive it by the 19th. I didn't even get a tracking number through Shopify. I emailed again l, multiple times. Finally, after requesting a refund, i was told i would get my order on Feb 26th. It never came. Then Heather told me it would come Feb 27th. Trexity (the delivery service) confirmed that the items had never been pi ked up. Today, Trexity told me that the order had veen downgraded to "draft status" by the merchant. Kit Preloved still has my money and has stopped responding to my emails
