An ad for a business closing out in Toronto posted on Facebook. I should have realized it was a fraudulent site but it looked legit as they obviously must have used AI. When I realized I placed an order with a china company and not a company from Toronto, I emailed to try to cancel an hour later. They said it was too late they already shipped my order. They emailed a tracking number that doesn't exist. I'm not sure if they are mailing me something, but the fact that I couldn't cancel my order or get my money back. I even emailed my credit card company to cancel the payment, they said that wasn't possible I would have to work with the company. so frustrating!
